I started Healthy Ruhls because I wanted to make children and parents aware of the importance of feeding our bodies and brain the nutrients it needs!

I am eager to help parents gain this knowledge as well, for they are the primary decision-makers in the home and role models for their children’s eating behaviors. By promoting an understanding of nutrient-rich foods, families can make informed choices that support physical development, mental focus, and overall quality of life.
